This past August, I had the blessing of hosting a Reiki infused Sound Bath on the beautiful, pristine beaches of Mesta, Chios, Greece. This meditation was more than a Reiki Sound Bath, it was an intimate dance with nature.

We had the support and grounding energy of the earth beneath us, the fire of the setting sun, the expansive, clear blue skies, and the soothing laps of the waves which all joined in harmony with the healing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls. Together, these elements created a sacred space for deep relaxation and restoration, inner balance and reconnecting with your higher self.
