Anna Almiroudis, MS, CNS, LN, CDN, CHHC
Anna Almiroudis is a certified and licensed nutritionist and certified integrative health coach. She is currently working towards her certification as a functional medicine nutritionist at the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM)* where she also works as a Clinical Content Development Coordinator.
Her approach to health and wellness is integrative and holistic, emphasizing the interdependence between mind, body and spirit for optimal well-being. Anna utilizes a evidence-based, functional nutrition approach, focusing on “food-first”, healing herbs and mind-body medicine tools to create personalized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Anna is also a Karuna® and Usui reiki master. She uses Reiki as an integrative tool to help people go into a relaxed state, reconnect with themselves and identify barriers to their optimal health and wellness goals.
Her goal of helping people achieve inner balance goes beyond energetic healing and nutritional counseling. She strives to empower people to embody the holistic health approach in their everyday lives by taking self-motivated, conscious and sustainable actions towards their personal wellness. These actions towards optimal wellness include self-awareness, cultivating self-love, inner peace and joy, seeking alignment with their higher self through meditation, and the incorporation of beneficial lifestyle changes such as consumption of a nutritious whole-foods diet and physical activity. She respects that every client is a unique individual and meets them exactly where they are, supporting and honoring each client’s personal journey.
