Healthy Cooking Workshop Part 3 - Balanced Dinner

You hear a lot about eating balanced meals but what does that even mean? In this part 3 series of our healthy cooking workshop, we will build upon the knowledge acquired from Part 1 and Part 2 of this series and create a balanced dinner together. This will be a light hearted, exploratory and fun class that is designed for both adolescents and adults.
