You hear a lot about eating balanced meals but what does that even mean? In this part 2 series of our healthy cooking workshop, we will build upon the knowledge acquired from part 1 of this series and create a balanced lunch together. This will be a light hearted, exploratory and fun class that is designed for both adolescents and adults.
